The Sports Alliance of Minnesota is seeking applicants to fill an at-large position on the Board of Directors. Applications will be taken through November 15, 2012. Election is in December. Regular terms of board members are three years. A Board of Directors

The Sports Alliance of Minnesota is a resource organization which provides youth sport leaders, coaches, and parents with the tools they need to create a positive youth sports environment. This mission is carried out by a volunteer board, which meets 10 times per year. Meetings are held in the morning on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, with the exclusion of July and December. Successful candidates possess a background in sports and believe in the vision and mission of SAM.
